The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a federal program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) made available to eligible areas and children to ensure that children receive nutritious meals throughout the year. The program merges summer activity programs with a federal meal reimbursement program. Therefore, children (18 years old and younger) get nutritious meals at no cost throughout the summer months.
Prince George’s County Public Schools provides free meals to children during the summer. There are no income requirements or registration to receive free meals. Anyone age 18 or younger may come to eat. Meals must be eaten onsite. Meals will be served at the following locations, dates and times listed.
